Shipping & Returns Shipping Methods: All orders are sent via UPS Ground (except PO Boxes & APO orders which are sent via USPS), however we reserve the right to use other couriers. Sorry, we currently do not ship internationally, USA only. Payments: All credit cards are electronically verified & processed by Authorize.Net prior to billing and shipping for your security. We also accept check/money order and Paypal payments. Orders that are paid via check/money order will not be shipped until we receive payment and it clears our bank. Returns: We accept returns on new, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging within 10 days from the delivery date to the constomer. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus any freight charges incurred, and the customer must contact us prior to returning the product(s) and obtain an RMA number. Refused Shipments: Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order prior to the product(s) being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after product has been shipped, the refused shipment, cancellation, or return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred. No cash refunds will be given after 10 days of any purchase. Damaged Shipments: All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the point of destination. Any damage to a package should be noted with carrier at the time of delivery if possible. We will not be responsible for damage claims made 48 hours after delivery.
