Hello Fellow Bodybuilders and Fitness Enthusiasts,

As you can see we have a brand new format this month for our newsletter, and we will also be archiving the newsletter each month as well.

Summer has officially come to an end and for many of you it's time to bulk-up, so be sure to check out this months featured recipe to help you out.

Many of you are already aware of IronMagazine's new division IronMagLabs, but for those of you that are not we launched our own line of supplements (currently only one product) just over two months ago. We are happy to report so far it has been extremely successful and we will be producing our second product in the next couple of months.

Ultimately we hope to have a full line of products, but this will take time. We pride ourselves in putting out what we feel are unique formulas using the highest quality ingredients available. We will always have our COA's (certificates of analysis) available on our site for every product, as well as every batch of product, so you can be rest assured if we say it's in the bottle, then it is!

Healthy Recipe

Protein Bars

Ingrediants:

1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (i.e. Adams)
8 Tablespoons Honey
1 & 1/4 Cups Whey Protein Powder
1 Cup Uncooked Oatmeal


Directions:

Mix the peanut butter and honey in a bowl, microwave on high for 80 secs.
Add the rest and mix together; can add raisins, nuts, etc., for more flavor.

Smooth into a 13x9 tray and let set for 20 minutes. Cut into 10 to 12 equal
bars, wrap bars and store in fridge.
