Official Contest Rules
1. Eligibility:
The MuscleTech® $50,000 Transformation Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States (except residents of Arizona and Vermont) and the District of Columbia and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Notwithstanding the forgoing, the following individuals are not eligible to participate:
(a) professional bodybuilders (b) individuals that endorse any supplements; and (c) employees of Iovate Health Sciences, Inc., Bodybuilding.com, employees, representatives or affiliates of any other supplement company, or of any other company involved in the Contest, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each of the above. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Arizona and Vermont, and where prohibited by law.
